The potential probably existed. But she had woven her fate with Loki instead. Christine doesn't spare more than a passing thought about the brief imaginings of a wedding to Strange.

"I am." She is wrapping him in her mind, he is always welcome in through a few levels of her shields.

He'd shown very early on that even if she weren't shielded, he'd shield her. Protective and possessive... Loki would be content to stay that way for quite some time. Foreheads touching, sharing space and touching her skin, wrapped up with her mentally.

They should probably get back to packing though.

They can steal away into their affectionate little bubble for a few minutes before she parts with a kiss.

"I'm almost done with what I'm taking. Just another box or two."

"Don't let me distract you. Or feel you need to distract me." It was true, and rare enough for him, that Loki was just contented to be with her. Watching her, keeping her company.

"I'm sure we will find many spots in the Sanctum to be distracted in." There's a sly little smile and she gets up to finish boxing her small, sentimental trinkets.

"I wonder if your mischief and my mischief are thinking of the same things, Sweetling." Loki teased, with his own little smile.

"They have a tendency to follow one another now." She brings out two other small boxes.

"That's everything."

"Alright then. Am I making the portal, or playing porter?" Loki got to his feet, surveying the different boxes.

"You carry?" Nothing is especially heavy, but some are a bit oddly shaped.

Christine has learned what their room will look like in the Sanctum so she can open a portal right to it.

"Only for you, Sweetling." Loki murmured, moving to heft some of the boxes up. "Besides, once you have a portal, Ylfa shouldn't be hard to locate and she'll help too if you want." She'd wanted to come with them, and Loki did trust the young maid. Even if he could and would do for himself, he still was a prince.

"You think she will be terrified by the sanctum?" It's got some very weird things and rearranging rooms.

"Actually, I think she has potential for magic herself. Not a lot, mind you, but some. So I think it'd be a good environment for her."

"That would be good for her. A few basic spells." Christine would be happy to help if needed. She steps through the portal into their new apartment.

Loki is quick to follow, bringing some of the boxes with him. The London Sanctum most definitely had character. He was a bit wary of it, but so far had tried to present himself as not-a-threat.

It would take Christine a while to gain the same level of connection with the Sanctum as Stephen had with the New York one, but it is like the building itself recognizes her as the new protector.

Like Loki's rooms, they now have a living area, office space, bathroom and bedroom of their own.

"The portals help so much. I don't miss having to take planes."

"Unfortunately you will still have to fly if we go to space, but hopefully that'll be a bit more exciting than nerve-making." For now the boxes were placed on the bedroom. It was a decent sized space--the apartment taking up almost the top level of the building that housed the sanctum. Then again, the Sanctums also liked to play with space, and were good size buildings already.

Loki had been most concerned that his tech still worked, and had been pleasantly surprised to find no problems. While the building recognized Christine, it seemed unsure of what to make of him. Which was fine because he was unsure what to make of it as well.

"Depends on where in space. I can probably portal to other worlds now." She's gotten very strong with her portals.

"Welcome home, my Prince." She steps over to wrap her arms around him. "We can do a bit of redecorating, of course."

"Considering the energy cost, it might still be more efficient to fly. Even if you use me as a battery." Loki mused, before chuckling and wrapping his arms around her too. Holding her tightly for a second, before shifting her into a dip. "For someone who didn't have a princess phase for very long, you do like using my title a lot." Teasing her, with an amused and smug grin. "I don't dislike what the sanctum looks like currently. I'd rather it got to know me first."

There's a girlish little squeal when he dips her.

"It sounds so dramatic." And a bit romantic.

"It's arranged these rooms really nicely. It definitely picked up the color scheme from things I like." One day the upstairs had been dark and brooding, the next it was more neutral and brighter.

"I am glad then that your tastes are not horrid." Loki teased her still with a wink, before pulling her back up. Nuzzling her forehead, before looking to the portal, and to see what boxes were left. If it wasn't much, he'd just grab them himself.

"Oh really? I'm relieved we don't have to completely redecorate to suit you." She would if he really hated it.

"I suspect as the Sanctum gets used to me, it'll become a hybrid of our tastes." Loki murmured, kissing her nose teasingly before pulling away. Only so he could get the last of the boxes from the apartment, and complete their 'move'.

"Depends on who the building likes more." She's been told the Sanctums tend to pick favorites.

Any other boxes were placed with the rest, the portal closed. Now...now they lived in London. "I hope this Sanctum likes mischief then." Coming back over to her, Loki wrapped his arms around her, leaning his forehead against hers. "We're living together now...that's a big change."

She rests her hands on his hips, smiling fondly.

"In a new space that's ours. Feels very formal." She chuckles. It's a big change for them, despite having been together all the time prior.
