Loki remained in his Midgardian clothing, and really was less noticeable without the armor or horns. He also used subtle spells of misdirection when traveling. She did live in the city that had been the focal point of his invasion after all.
It was a wonder as well that the upstart wizard hadn't intercepted him too, yet. Loki had improved though and gotten better at hiding himself. He, and Thor, and Freyja, had all learned a lot when having to deal with Hela after all.
Canting his head, blue-green eyes regarded her. "When would you like? I can't guarantee I'll be on time, but having a set date provides me more opportunity to be either early or late." A hint of mischief in the half-smile.
Christine hadn't heard much of anything from Stephen lately, so she took that as value neutral. Her ex was obviously not overly concerned about Loki's presence.
"Any particular day? I do not have one associated with me, as some others of the Aesir and Vanir do." Taking her hand, thumb brushing along her skin in subtle affection.
"I think Friday then, as that day is attributed to both Frigga and Freyja. I am far more willing to inadvertently honor them, than suffer Thor's Day." With a playful wink. "Are we doing dinner again, or something else?"
Since it very was likely a date of sorts, even if they were just friends. With dancing and kisses.
"True. Perhaps Thursday then, in spite." With a playful and soft chuckle. He and Thor were...better. Than they had been for a while. There were still old wounds and scars to heal however.
"Suggestions then? Since you'll be the primary person who my appearance matters to." Other than himself, but he'd also spent 4 years pretending to be his father. An evening would be nothing to him.
"Hmm." She looks him over. "I do obviously like this look, perhaps shorter, lighter hair and a beard of some kind? Just adjust things a bit and people will be oblivious."
"So a darker brown, rather than true black? And what kind of beard." With a smile. "I doubt you want me to have the kind that is proper to my people when they do grow them."
"I think I can accommodate that." Now he brought their joined hands up, kissing the back of her palm. "Then I shall see you in the later afternoon this Friday."
"Have a good week, Christine." One more brush of his thumb against her hand in affection, before Loki gave her a little half-bow while stepping away. Then heading on his way again.

"I hope you'll visit again soon." She says as she kisses his cheek.

The little affection is not lost on her.

"Do you like theatre?" She has her own mischievous idea of what they could do.

"I do, and this city is rather famous for it."

She had friends tell her about the Avengers musical, and she can't resist the temptation to bring Loki to it.
"You may want to alter your appearance a bit, since there will be a lot of people around."
