"I actually sent a picture of Steve to them. They believed me then." It had been such a ridiculous thing to do, she almost thinks he would appreciate the energy of it.

"No doubt Rogers was unaware, although I could imagine him giving his blessing for the sake of proving it." Loki did approve and appreciate, moving to kiss her forehead. "You'll have many stories to tell them when you return, hmm? No doubt they're wondering just HOW you got here and why."

She laughs, "I'll just say it was magic."

And that was part of why Loki found her company enjoyable and preferable. She was clever and playful and intelligent. "I wonder if they'd even believe the truth." His eyes were sparkling with mischief and an impish grin. "Maybe you should tell them, just to see if they do."
