"We'll manage, my Sweetling." Loki said, squeezing her hand softly where it rested on his arm. "And you are not alone."

"Neither are you." She thinks they're better for it, stronger.

They reach his rooms, unnoticed and once the door is closed she's wrapping arms around him.

The door is closed and locked, and Loki leans his head against hers while wrapping his arms around her in turn. "I double and triple checked the papers for loopholes, so even should it come out that I'm Erik, your mother's trust will continue to function." Because now...now things would start to come out.
