!? Although none of his surprise showed on his face. I've been under the impression you didn't want to share me, and I am pleased with that. You are quite enough as a lover, and I do not feel a lack, if that's what you're worried about.

Freyja chuckled to herself. "Perhaps, I'll consider it. How do I know you're not simply all talk, after all?" And bat her eyelashes playfully. Sif was chuckling to herself now at the game, although she kept her gaze on Christine. Mostly because she wanted the other to know for sure it was a game.

I don't want to share you, I just know sometimes men want more than one woman can provide.

Not that their sex life was lacking at all. Christine has an incredibly healthy libido.

"Are you going to suggest you try me as well, Freyja? I'm feeling very left out." She can play this flirtatious game as well.

I don't *want* someone else--I promised to be yours. With his mind wrapping around hers possessively.

Freyja moved to bat her lashes at Christine, and turn a winning smile her way. "If you can convince Loki, I would certainly enjoy trying you as well. I've never had a Midgardian before, male or female."

"I think I understand why she's the sex goddess." Because damn if that look wasn't alluring despite everything.

Freyja's laugh was like chimes, and she raised a hand up to her chest. "Me? Why thank you." Delighted to have someone else to play her games. But dark eyes did turn to Loki with a smile. "I am very pleased for you, though, Loki. You found a treasure." Sif chuckled softly. "And he better treat her like she is one." With promise in her voice.

Loki laughed lowly. "I assure you, I'm more aware of how precious she is than anyone else. And I'm good at finding rare treasures and secrets."

"I think I found you though." She lightly nudges his arm.

She's had a really wonderful lunch and she's getting excited to have a wedding.

"Perhaps it was a mutual finding." Loki conceded without missing a beat and reached to pat her hand.

"However it happened, I am glad for you both." Sif said with a smile. Freyja grinned. "We'll be modifying a tradition at least, as Christine has no ancestral sword. You'd be alright with daggers, yes Loki?"

Blue-green eyes looked to Christine, before back to Freyja. "A scalpel might be more appropriate on her side anyway."

"I didn't even think of a scalpel, I just figured I'd use one of my daggers."

But the tool of her profession is actually perfect as well.

"Have you been thinking of wedding plans, Loki?"

"I have not, as of yet. Should I?" I haven't in particular--I figured we'd discuss it together. These two have beaten me to it.

"No. I'm sure we will have some things to figure out together."

I assumed even on Asgard wedding planning was more of a woman's interest. It tends to be that way here.

It usually involves the families negotiating.

But Loki kind of liked it better this way. "I will say that both of our hands need to be able to wrap around the hilt, so a scalpel might make that more difficult."

She doesn't want her family negotiating on this, it's her choice and she wants it to be personal.

"They are pretty thin. I'm kind of disappointed that I don't have an ancestral sword, my family let me down on antique weapons."

"That's what you get for being born American." Sif said playfully. "Not that if you'd been born Norwegian you'd have one, but you'd have had a better chance." Freyja nodded sagely. "I've also found out that the dress and cake are most important traditions. I'll be researching what's required in the wedding cake, but Lady Christine has graciously agreed to let me come dress shopping with her and her mother. I will find her a dress fitting for marrying into the nobility." Freyja said with some pride.

"Her mother is a delightful woman who, like Christine, is far too kind." Loki said with a small smile. And we should probably tell her, and anyone else in your family, that this is happening before things get too far ahead. She likes "Erik" but will she like him when she finds out he's me?

"I'll blame my ancestors for not thinking ahead." She does sort of wish she had a sword for the wedding, it would have been nice.

Before it's on the news? My mom will still love you, she knows I'm a very good judge of character. My sister will be a bit more trouble.

"You use what you'd like, Christine. While there are parts of this I will not mess with, I will happily help create variations on the traditions with you." Loki murmured, deliberately turning to look at her. And letting everyone see the small smile he had, just for her. It was affectionate, and mischievous, all at once.

There may or may not be much news presence--once again, we are able to control things. But there will definitely be some, considering it will be a big deal to New Asgard, and likely to Norway.

That little smile was generally reserved for her and the way she smiles back has the same sort of affection. Anyone who sees them together notices how they look at one another.

"We will change some things up a bit. That should be expected."

It's sure to get out to some degree though. But we should visit my mom again.

Oh I agree. Besides which, I would bring her a late Yule Gift. And a copy of the paperwork for the Trust.

"If all you do is change things up somewhat, while being benign, I think people will be pleased enough." Sif said with a small laugh. "Considering you are marrying the God of Mischief."

"Shall we exchange snakes?" She teases, playful and happy.

You did manage to both surprise and overwhelm me with your Yule gifts.

"Do you own a snake?" Loki asked, while Sif and Freyja chuckled. "We could simply turn our swords into them, but that might be taken as a bad omen."

I'm afraid my gifts will be more tame in the future, most likely.

"Give everyone a snake as a gift. That would likely also be a bad omen, right?"

They have a way with one another, of teasing and laughing.

I'm sure they'll be just as thoughtful, if not as dramatic.

"It would." Freyja confirmed, although she was smiling. "Actually, you aren't allergic to cats are you? And the Sanctum will allow you to have one, yes?"

"I'm not allergic. And given how old the Sanctum is, it would probably be helpful to have one around." The old expansive building likely gets some mouse visitors.

Do we get a wedding cat?!

There was laughter over their link, amused and fond.

Freyja's smile grew wider. "Excellent. Because I will be gifting you both a kitten to help with home defense."

Christine looks absolutely thrilled.

"Kittens!" So it does seem she is taking well to the kitten gift.

"Bet we could make an enchanted self-cleaning litter box."

Freyja just chuckled, pleased her gift will be well received. "I have a great fondness for cats of all types." She murmured.
