She already knew from her experience with Sky they could be sensitive, and wondered if that would be true for Puck as well. It was definitely affectionate touch, as Loki always enjoyed positive affection--but there was another layer with Puck that, while confusing, she enjoyed too.
It was just...nice to be cuddled, but also to be able to depend on someone.
