I've no desire to betray those I care about. Even when I seemed to betray Thor to Thanos, it was meant as a ruse to attempt to get close to kill him. I had worded it such that I hope Thor had picked up on it.
[And then Loki had failed anyways.]
It wasn't a bad attempt, but Thanos stopped my knife before it could get to his throat.
