It was windowless, with no fireplace, but lit by a central chandelier and some wall-candle-lamps. A long sturdy table made up the other wall next to a bookcase, with a comfy chair tucked in. It might surprise her to find Loki had a modern laptop with a mobile charger ready and waiting for him to use. There were also stacks of papers and writing tools. Against one wall was a large tapestry depicting the nine-realms and Yggsdrasil, with the realms nestled in its branches; a map. Besides books, there were a few other esoteric items on the shelves--mostly bowls or some closed pitchers. Along the last wall there was also a large wooden storage trunk, and an apothecary's cabinet.
