Threadhopping: Ask first.
Fourthwalling: I fully expect some degree of it, given it's LOKI and there are myths and legends involving him. We can work out specifics as needed.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Please ask if unsure.
Warn-First and Absolute No: Animal death/cruelty in detail. (I would like to be warned if it's implied.) Generally graphic depictions of injuries, especially to eyes or hands. Maternal death--please warn me. Sexual-Assault--if it's part of a char's past, please warn and talk to me. Nothing graphic about it.

Flirting with this character: Depending on the situation, he'll flirt back.
Fighting with this character: Yes.

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Talk to me about it first please.
Permissions from others: Loki is able to shapeshift using illusions to look like and sound like anyone. Please let me know if you're okay with this or if this is a no-go. Further, he has shown an ability to mentally manipulate someone's thoughts to go in a way he wants, or to make them relive a memory. Again--please let me know if you're opting in for this, or if this is a no-go. I always assume 'no' unless someone specifically gives consent for the use of these abilities with and affecting their character.
Labyrinthum Specific: Loki has gained full telepathy as an ability proper, so much like with his mental magic it is "Opt-in" as I assume the default is no for using this with characters.
Please Note about Negative CR
Loki is not a 'nice' character by default. He can be charming, and likeable, but he is traditionally an antagonist. Even though I usually play him starting a redemption and trying to be better than he was, he can still be petty, jealous, mean, and a major jerk. He can make characters cry or feel horrible about themselves. He can and will be manipulative at times in multiple ways and variations.
This should NEVER spill over to the player behind the character though. I do my best to try and keep IC and OOC separate, so please talk with me. If you're unsure, please talk with me. If you're having major stress in RL and not sure if RP will bleed over? Please talk with me. I get all of these and understand, and would like us to talk with each other respectfully and kindly. The MCU version of Loki is canonically Genderfluid and bisexual. I, the player--am not. I will do my best to be respectful and try to play Loki well, whether they're presenting as male (most often) or female(on occasion). I play the main-timeline MCU!Loki, who has presented as male in all of their appearances. Again, I will do my best to be respectful and portray Loki as...well, Loki. But if I do something insensitive, please talk with me so I can improve and not cause harm.
